24 Hour On-Call Emergency Service
Upon delivery, we provide our patients with a 24 hour on-call emergency service number. Knowing we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week allows our patients to "breathe a little easier."
Interphase Medical Equipment, a Pennsylvania limited partnership and its corporate general partner, has been meeting the durable medical equipment and supply needs of the residents and medical institutions of Philadelphia and the five surrounding counties as well as New Jersey and Delaware with quality healthcare products since 1985. It is the goal of Interphase Medical Equipment and management to provide the highest quality home healthcare equipment, supplies, and service to all our patients, current and future, regardless of race, creed, sex, color, religion, method of payment, or medical diagnosis. Patients' rights, responsibilities, dignity, and confidentiality are of the highest priority in the delivery, training, and follow-up process. Continuing education and inservice training of all company personnel is a mandatory policy at Interphase Medical Equipment. The quality of service is constantly monitored and evaluated by management. Patients always retain the right to express their opinion of the services rendered.

Free Delivery, Set-Up and Instruction
We understand the need for prompt and friendly service. That is why delivery is executed in a timely manner and in coordination with the patient's schedule. Upon delivery, instruction is given to the patient, as well as the caregiver, to ensure comfort, understanding, and compliance in the safe use of their home medical equipment. If for any reason, questions or concerns arise after the delivery, friendly and caring Interphase Medical Equipment representatives are available to discuss the matter with you.
Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance are accepted on most items. All billing is processed by our experienced claims specialists. We are more than happy to answer any questions our patients may have about their insurance coverage or billing statements.
Convenient ordering is available with prescription, via phone, fax, mail, or just by walking in. Our customer service representatives are ready to assist you during our regular business hours, 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
Equipment Maintenance and Repair
To allow for optimal equipment performance of all our rental equipment, it is maintained on a regularly scheduled maintenance program. Should a piece of rental or purchased equipment need servicing, we will gladly resolve the problem in a prompt and efficient manner.
